Corporate Director – Transformation and Finance

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be a credible, ambitious and visionary leader able to take on the pivotal role of Corporate Director – Transformation and Finance.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the council’s transformation agenda, shaping organisational modernisation, digital innovation and strategic investment whilst fulfilling the statutory responsibilities of the Section 151 Officer.

In this role, you will provide leadership across Finance, Audit, ICT, Customer Services, Programme Management and Transformation, driving change, organisational improvement and sustainable growth across Bridgend County Borough Council.
