Do you have the strategic leadership, influence and ambition to shape a high performance culture across our organisation?

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our performance, workforce and cultural change agenda. This is a highly impactful, corporate level role that brings together HR & Organisational Development, Communications & Marketing, Public Affairs, and Corporate Policy & Performance.

You will drive a culture where performance, accountability and continuous improvement are embedded across every service. Working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leaders, you will set council wide expectations, lead major cultural change activity, and ensure our workforce is supported, developed and ready to meet future challenges.

With substantial experience in senior performance leadership, workforce transformation or organisational development, you will bring energy, clarity and a collaborative style. You will influence at the highest levels, guide teams through complex change, and forge strong partnerships locally, regionally and nationally.
